Its HOT HOT HOT in Melbourne at the moment so this home-made ice cream is totally acceptable to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
This delight included frozen banana, mango and blueberries with some natural yoghurt – just whizzed up with a stick mixer. You can really use any fruit you like, try to include a banana as it gives it great creaminess.
It’s a great way to use fruit that you may have to throw out, just pop it in the freezer – don’t forget to peel the bananas first though!
