Chocolate Nut Fudge

20140210-nut-fudge-printThis guilt free treat is sure to hit that sweet spot.  Its very easy to prepare and can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Please note! These sweet delights can be messy to eat, so  make sure you have a serviette on hand!


3 Tbs of ABC Spread (Almond, Brazil & Cashew)

2 Tbs of Coconut Oil

2 Tbs Raw Cacoa Powder

2 Ripe Bananas


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Then evenly distribute into a baking tin or chocolate moulds and chill in the fridge for around an hour until firm.

Add a layer of nut spread on top and sprinkle with crushed nuts and/or cacao nibs.  Refrigerate for another 30 mins.

Take out of fridge and slice into bite size pieces.  Enjoy!

Bananas are a rich source of potassium that may help prevent high blood pressure.  They are also a good source of soluble fibre, which can help with regulating movement through the digestive tract.

Raw Cacoa has the ability to reduce high blood pressure.  Its potent antioxidant content is also able to increase our ‘good’ HDL cholesterol and protect the body against free radical damage.
